The Matryoshka is a T-180 that is operated by Russian driver Kellie "Gearbox" Kalinkov in the 2008 Speed Racer film and the tie-in videogame.
Background[]
It has a very colourful design featuring a Russian doll, a "matryoshka", painted on it. In the movie, it is seen during the Grand Prix race.
Grand Prix[]
It, together with several other cars, attack Speed in the Zebra Halls, but is ultimately taken out in the Moguls, where it is sent flying off the track and into the giant TV screen.
Videogame[]
The Matryoshka appears in the Console and Nintendo DS versions of the tie-in Videogame as Kellie "Gearbox" Kalinkov's T-180.
Console[]
In the console versions, the Matryoshka is unlocked upon beating Championship 4 of Class 2 (World Endurance Round 2). The car has good speed and strength, but lacks acceleration and handling.
DS[]
In the DS version, the Matryoshka is unlocked upon amassing 100,000 fans. Its style is described as "Fast".
